It is such a bus...I would leave the quilt as it is. It is such a busy quilt, no one is going to notice it, unless you tell them to stare at it and find the mistake. Almost every quilt I have made has something like that in it. I leave it. Plus it could be a conversation piece if need be. Love your crochet things you made, especially the hat. I will have to check out that single crochet thermal stitch, I haven't heard that one before.
